We chose to venture into building Mana Pools Safari Lodge in Mana for the prestigious wildlife experience of an untouched wilderness. The beauty of this prehistoric environment is as pure as it gets.

This has given us an opportunity to give back to Mother Nature by helping in every way we can, through conservation, to preserve this great treasure Zimbabwe holds so whole heartedly.

From the start, nature has always come first. From the first tented accommodation in the camp to the now established luxury chalets, we have allowed the natural beauty and the wildlife to be foremost.

The Construction of Mana Pools Safari Lodge

The safari lodge is built in the most natural way possible. Get far, far away from the concrete of cities and homes by experiencing a blend of wood and straw that marries into the feeling of the surrounding fauna and flora. This is all about Mana Pools Safari Lodge, nature, and the beauty of Africa.

You will feel as if you are a part of the National Park itself, but without losing out on the commodities of everyday living, thanks to the autonomous source of energy that the sun supplies us every day.

Mana Pools Safari Lodge has put a lot of effort into being eco-friendly. The camp is completely autonomous with electricity and water being energized by our numerous solar panels and a filtered water treatment system that filtrates water from the Zambezi River into safe drinking water.

The materials that have been used throughout our Mana Pools accommodation blend seamlessly with the natural environment. These natural materials make you feel as if you are fully in the wild, making your experience with us even more memorable.
